<p>As a professional mobile developer with over 10 years of experience, I developed my app as a side-project to make some extra money taking advantage of the AI craze.</p><p>My project is an app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android that allows users to:</p><p>1 - Check for AI generated content</p><p>2 - Humanize AI generated text</p><p>3 - Check for plagiarism and readability</p><p>AI Detector ranks highly on App Store (ASO) in high value countries like USA and UK.</p><p>My app allows users to copy/paste text, scan a physical document using the device's camera, scan a website using a URL or upload a file such a PDF.</p><p>AI Detector has scanned over 144k pieces of text and counting, with over 52k users and over 570 of those paying subscribers.</p><p>I have no more time to keep developing this, but I know it's potential: improving the Android app, using ads, adding API support so users can integrate the service and more would be great ways to move this forward.</p><p>98% of the revenue comes from the Apple platforms, but Android has started to generate some and the website Google SEO efforts also show some results (260 clicks last 28 days). </p><p>✅ $38,300 in Annual Revenue</p><p>✅ 670 customers</p><p>✅ Business model: Credits</p><p>✅ Built with Swift, Kotlin, RevenueCat</p>
