<p>I came across a viral tweet showcasing a live face-swapping feature for webcam views. I was instantly fascinated by generative AI’s potential, and I dove deep into exploring the technology. While researching competitors, I came across Rendernet, a startup funded by Y Combinator. Around the same time, Flux Model was released, enabling the creation of realistic AI images like never before. I recognized a unique opportunity to build something powerful on top of these models and my project was born.</p><p><b>Key Achievements and Organic Growth:</b></p><p>The most essential achievement in my platform’s journey has been its completely organic growth. Instead of investing in ads, I focused solely on sharing examples of my platform’s capabilities on Reddit. By consistently posting what the product could do, it quickly garnered attention. People started reaching out, intrigued and impressed, asking how the images were created and where they could access similar features.</p><p>In just one month, we grew to over 700 users all without a single dollar spent on ads. This organic traction led to $1,070 in revenue from 54 paying customers, proving there was a real demand for what we had built.</p><p><b>Why I’m Selling?</b></p><p>As a developer juggling multiple projects, I’ve realized that growing my project without a dedicated marketing budget or team requires constant, time-intensive posting and community engagement. While organic growth has been rewarding, it’s also challenging to sustain. With limited resources and time, I’m ready to pass the torch to a buyer who can bring the necessary marketing push to scale this project further.
