Built from thousands of legal documents, small businesses use us for documents like NDAs, Services Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements. Self sufficient (except live chat which can be replaced by a FAQ).<br><br>The business needs a capital injection to start a profitable paid acquisition strategy for a SaaS model. We arrived at 30k (~1.5x ARR) assuming $35 renewal price and 10% M/M retention. At 55 just monthly subscribers, you have a &gt;20k annualized ARR business. Competition has ubiquitous pricing models proving viability, relying heavily on GoogleAds/SEO. Small features like account, eSignature, etc. are low hanging fruit.</p><p>Currently charging a flat contract price and earning ~$100/month on pure inbound traffic.
