<p>My project is an online platform that helps pickleball players in various cities connect with each other by participating in organized leagues throughout the year. All leagues are non-landed and able to be run 100% remotely by our team.</p><p>Revenue generation comes from a registration fee that players pay in order to participate in our leagues. The standard registration fee is $59/player, and is occasionally discounted to $49/player. This price point is rather competitive, with many alternate leagues in various markets costing $100+</p><p>My product benefits from operational efficiency, as the majority of day-to-day tasks are outsourced to a virtual assistant (VA). Additionally, many tasks have been automated using Make.com and other scripts. This allows the team to better scale their efforts.</p><p>Subscriber acquisition is primarily achieved through paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
