Overview

Startup description

Our product is an AI-powered platform that helps users create professional and visually appealing presentations in seconds. Instead of spending hours on slides, users simply input their topic or key points, and our AI generates a well-structured, design-ready presentation instantly.

I started the project because I noticed how much time people waste making slides, especially in business, education, and marketing. The idea came from my own frustration—I wanted a tool that could quickly generate high-quality presentations without needing design skills or spending hours formatting slides. Initially, it was just an experiment, but as I saw the demand, I turned it into a full-fledged SaaS product. Now, we have thousands of users, mostly from the U.S., and we're growing rapidly.

Key highlights:

40,000 Signed up users (not all paid but we have emails)

$41,066 ARR

15% Churn

$27 LTV

$0 CAC

Team

Right now, I’m the main force behind the platform. I handle almost everything—from product development to marketing, customer support, and business strategy. Since it’s a lean startup, I focus on automation and efficiency to keep operations smooth without needing a large team.

I did hire an SEO agency recently which costs €3k per month but this is already paid for by me for 3 months and can be cancelled.

Tech Stack

Next.js & React – To make the website fast and smooth.

Tailwind CSS – For clean and responsive design.

Supabase (PostgreSQL) – Stores user data securely

Cloudflare – Speeds up the site and protects it from attacks.

Claude AI

Vercel – Hosts the website and makes updates seamless.

Marketing and growth

At some point we did Reddit parasite SEO which worked extremely well.
