It is a very easy project to manage and grow. I find jobs to promote by doing a quick search on LinkedIn, and sharing them. There is a huge opportunity to do outreach to companies and do sponsored job listings. Revenue is generated from integrating ads into the newsletter. Beehiiv sends ad opportunities a couple of times a month. You don't have to do anything to get new ad deals, they just come to you.
