I am the only one managing everything and it takes me only about 1-2 hours per day to get things setup and answer user emails etc.</p><p><b>Tech Stack</b></p><p>It runs on a no-code stack of Thinkorswim (TOS) ,  Zapier, Airtable  &amp; Softr.io</p><p><b>Marketing and growth</b></p><p>I have done no marketing at all. The users that I now have came from sending a few emails to another trading related newsletter at zero cost.</p><p><b>Revenue and profit</b></p><p>Since launching in August 2024, things have gone really well. The business has grown to 121 users and brought in $10,376.30 in revenue, with $8,546.30 in profit — that’s a solid 82.36% margin.</p><p>Each user now pays either $99/year or $9.95/month and seem to be very comfortable at that price point.</p><p>I haven't done any marketing per se, so I don't know the true CAC yet. People seem to like the service too — the churn rate is just 9.91%, which means most users are sticking around. Another potential risk involves the Thinkorswim (TOS) platform. If TOS/Schwab starts limiting the number of alerts that can be set in the system, you’ll need to find an alternative. However, I don’t anticipate that happening anytime soon.</p><p><b>Summary</b></p><p>This is a simple, straight forward business that is easy to operate and has low, predictable overheads.
