I built it because I wanted to index my own pages. My friend wanted to use it, and so I turned it into a SaaS. Currently at €170 MRR, but I recently had a baby and don't have time to do the necessary marketing, so would rather sell it and spend time with my son (and catch up on sleep 😂) instead.<br/><br/>

Normal ARR multiple, already got subscribers on yearly subscriptions, and for a person good at marketing it will be easy to increase the MRR.
Reason for Selling
Recently had a baby, don't have the time nor energy to do the necessary marketing.
Growth Opportunity
Market it more (I didn't do anything apart from post on Twitter). Competitors are at way higher MRR, so there is a big opportunity here for growth.
